Our Story
About Great Park Community Centre
A community association rooted in Great Park, run by local people, for local people.
Built by the community, run for the community
Great Park Community Centreopened in 2014 as a hub for the growing residential community in Newcastle Great Park. What started as a simple hire venue has grown into one of the area's most valued facilities — hosting hundreds of groups, events, and individuals every week.
We are a registered community association (Company No. 08717804), governed by a voluntary board of trustees drawn from the local area. Every penny we receive goes back into maintaining and improving the Centre for the benefit of everyone.
We are proud to provide a welcoming, inclusive, and well-maintained space where people can meet, exercise, celebrate, and connect.
